Harkins Celebrates Grand Opening of Cadence Olney

Olney, MD

On May 19th, Harkins joined project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Cadence Olney in Olney, MD!

We are thrilled to bring this 129-unit senior living community to the residents of Montgomery County. The community consists of assisted living and memory care units spread across a three-story building. In addition, the community’s amenities feature a café, multiple dining areas, a beauty salon, and an outdoor rooftop. Congratulations to client Flournoy Development, architect Moseley Architects, and all other partners on this new retirement community.

Harkins Celebrates Grand Reopening of Snowden’s Ridge

Silver Spring, MD

On May 6th, Harkins celebrated the grand reopening of Snowden’s Ridge in Silver Spring, MD!

We are excited to bring 87 newly renovated townhomes to the residents of Montgomery County. The scope of work included renovating the units, along with constructing a new two-story clubhouse with community space. Harkins was proud to partner with client APAH, architect Miner Feinstein Architects, and all other project partners on this renovation project.
