Harkins Celebrates Grand Opening of Waypoint Apartments

Alexandria, VA

On September 29th, Harkins joined project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Waypoint Apartments in Alexandria, VA!

We are excited to bring this 81-unit affordable apartment community to the City of Alexandria. The project’s amenities include a community center, on-site laundry facilities, and a landscaped courtyard. In addition, a below-grade parking structure will be available for residents. Congratulations to client Wesley Housing Development, architect Heffner Architects, PC, and all other project partners on bringing this project to life.

Harkins Celebrates Groundbreaking of Lofts at Kennett Square

Kennett Square, PA

On September 27th, Harkins gathered for the groundbreaking ceremony of Lofts at Kennett Square in Kennett Square, PA.

When complete, Lofts at Kennett Square will consist of a 166-unit luxury apartment community spread across a four-story wood framed building. In addition to the apartments, a 138-space below-grade parking garage will be available to residents. Harkins is proud to partner with client Berger Rental Communities, architect MV+A Architects, and other partners on this new development.

On September 13th, Harkins gathered for the grand opening of Parkside Landing in Rockville, MD!

We are thrilled to bring 183 newly renovated apartment units to the City of Rockville. The apartments are spread across 19 buildings. The scope of work included interior and exterior renovations.
