Harkins Celebrates Groundbreaking of Roslyn Rise

On November 11th, Harkins gathered for the groundbreaking ceremony of Roslyn Rise in Columbia, MD.
When complete, Roslyn Rise will bring a 153-unit modern and sustainable community to the residents of Howard County. The community will include multiple amenities such as a large after-school tutoring space, fitness center, community room, dog park, and a large outdoor patio. Harkins is excited to work with long-time client Enterprise Community Development, architect Grimm + Parker Architects, and all other project partners on this inspiring development.
