Adam Healey Promoted to Project Executive

Harkins is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Healey to Project Executive. After earning his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, Adam began his career in the industry, where he worked on a variety of higher ed projects throughout the DMV region, as well as a casino project in Cherokee, NC. After rising to Project Manager I over five years, he made a career move to Harkins, joining as an Estimator II in 2021.

Since then, Adam has steadily risen through the ranks, becoming a Preconstruction Manager and leading preconstruction efforts across the Southeast, including our Charlotte, Raleigh, Asheville, and Richmond markets. His leadership has been instrumental in driving regional growth, and his contributions have been consistently recognized. Clients frequently highlight the sophistication of our preconstruction services, a testament to Adam’s leadership and the team he has developed.

In his new role, Adam will serve as the leader of our Charlotte team, helping drive strategic growth, foster team development, and strengthen client relationships in one of our growing markets.

Adam exemplifies what it means to lead with integrity, diligence, and heart. He consistently goes above and beyond to meet deadlines, produces exceptionally thorough work, and quickly earns the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike. He takes full ownership of his work, his team, and his client relationships—and the results speak for themselves. Adam’s presence has contributed significantly to consistent growth in fee positions and enhanced client engagement within the Southeast.

His impact can be seen in key pursuits like The Ardens, Aldersgate, and Charlotte Exchange, as well as on projects like Junction 49, where he managed both the bidding and contract exhibit processes. His deep knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail consistently set Harkins apart in a competitive marketplace.
