Harkins Celebrates Grand Opening of Mitchell Landing
Salisbury, MD
On Wednesday, May 7th, Harkins joined Green Street Housing, Architecture by Design, and other project partners for the ribbon cutting ceremony of Mitchell Landing in Salisbury, MD.
We’re excited to celebrate the start of resident move-ins for this affordable housing project. Two of the five buildings are complete, with the others on track to finish in the summer. Mitchell Landing’s full gut renovation includes:
- All-new interior finishes and systems
- Exterior upgrades included new roofs, siding, and entry stair repairs
- Minimal sitework to complete the transformation
Its companion community, Riverside Homes, is also underway and expected to be completed by the beginning of 2026.
