Harkins Celebrates Women in Construction Week 2025

In celebration of Women in Construction Week this year, Harkins partnered with NAWIC Baltimore Chapter #135 to host a dynamic event featuring Stacy Cassio, founder of the Pink Mentor Network.
Stacy’s presentation highlighted the vital role of mentorship in building a thriving and supportive construction industry. She explained that mentorship is about learning from each other and goes beyond just career advancement. By encouraging a culture of shared learning at all skill levels, we can boost innovation and teamwork, values that are important to us at Harkins.
Cecilia Campos, Risk Management Administrator at Harkins, summarized the impact of Stacy’s message: “Mentorship isn’t about ascending a career ladder, but it’s about learning from your peers and even new people in your field.”
