2 Rivers

2 Rivers is a new construction project consisting of four wood framed, garden-style apartment buildings with central corridors, along with a standalone clubhouse. Located on 14.54 acres in Williamsburg, VA, the development includes 119 residential units, including18 one-bedroom, 77 two-bedroom, and 24 three-bedroom apartments. Two of the buildings are designed to meet universal design standards and each is equipped with a traction elevator for improved accessibility.

The apartments feature electric split system heat pumps, LED lighting, vinyl plank flooring in the living and kitchen areas, and carpeted bedrooms. Building exteriors combine Hardie plank siding and brick with architectural-grade fiberglass roof shingles for durability and curb appeal. Community amenities include a clubhouse with fitness and business centers, a dog park, cabana, grilling patio, multi-use field, toddler playground, tot lot, and a network of multi-use trails, all set within a natural wooded environment.
