Built for new client Mid-Atlantic Health Care, LLC, this killed nursing facility provides 67 beds throughout 57 units, with activity and dining space, wellness and therapy space, commercial kitchen facilities, staff offices, medical exam rooms, patient rooms, medical record storage, and long-term care. The brick-clad structure wraps around two courtyards outfitted with site furnishings and water fountain features.

The site, which Harkins received pad-ready, has parking for 117 vehicles, and boasts 15 micro bio-retention facilities for collection and filtering of stormwater, including the two courtyards.
