This six-story, structural steel office building at 60 Columbia Corporate Center offers 118,000 gsf of modern office space in Columbia, MD. Featuring a concrete foundation, metal deck and concrete floor system, and a sleek glass and metal panel exterior, the building is equipped with an energy-efficient VAV mechanical system. Prominently located at the corner of Broken Land Parkway and Little Patuxent Parkway, it serves as a landmark in the area and sits adjacent to the Parkside office building, another successful Harkins project.
