Anne Arundel Urology has been providing exceptional urologic care for over 50 years, and its Greenbelt location reflects that legacy of excellence. The project involved the demolition and renovation of a 5,000 sf medical suite to create a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical center, featuring upgraded operating rooms, procedure rooms, and ADA-compliant restrooms.

Comprehensive improvements included new lighting, finishes, and a layout that meets the latest NFPA 101 Life Safety guidelines, earning the space a New Ambulatory Health Care classification. This modern facility now provides enhanced, convenient care for patients in Greenbelt, MD, within a facility recognized by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
