Brightview Crofton Riverwalk
Brightview Crofton Riverwalk is a new senior living community in Crofton, MD. The project includes 158 residential units, consisting of 85 independent living units, 49 assisted living units, and 24 dedicated Alzheimer’s memory care units. The development sits on a 20-acre site, with five acres designated for the senior living community and the remaining land planned for 172 townhomes and preserved open space.
The interior features over 60,000 sf of common areas designed to enhance residents’ quality of life. Amenities include a commercial kitchen, multiple dining venues, a movie theater, bar, beauty salon, and a rooftop deck. The Alzheimer’s wing also includes a secure therapeutic garden. The building is slab-on-grade three/four-story structure with a contemporary style. The exterior façade is a mix of stone veneer, fiber-cement panels and trim, and steel channel lintels. Large steel canopies line the exterior of the building.
