Claymont Self Storage Facility

Harkins was very happy to help our repeat client Nolen Properties convert a vacant Super Fresh grocery store to this climate-controlled self-storage facility. The building has two levels, including a drive-in loading area, totaling 105,700 square feet of space. The scope included interior & exterior demolition, new foundations, new structural steel mezzanine, and two new elevators. Also installed were new MEP/FP systems, a new roof, new storefront and windows, EIFS, metal panels, paint, and canopies.
