Maximizing Value Through Design
Faced with the challenge of delivering a seven-story garage on a five-story budget, our team conducted a comprehensive design and constructability review. By aligning project requirements with client priorities, we identified significant value engineering opportunities, resulting in over 20% savings. These efforts enabled the successful construction of the full seven-story parking structure without compromising design or functionality.
