Edgewood Commons 611 & Gardens is the renovation of an 11-story highrise multifamily community that was originally built in 1973. The building features one-, and two-bedroom apartment options.
Interior renovations included abatement of floors and ceilings, new doors, paint, appliances, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, full electrical upgrades, and new sprinkler systems. Exterior renovations included new windows and minor masonry restorations. The common areas also received new hallway flooring and lighting, elevator modernization, HVAC upgrades, and a new building sprinkler system.
