Fairview Senior Housing Renovation

Fairview Senior Housing Renovation refreshed a project originally completed by Harkins in 2001. The scope of work included minor site modifications to meet updated accessibility requirements. Exterior upgrades featured selective window replacements, a new shingle roof, and targeted painting to enhance curb appeal and extend building life.

Interior renovations were based on a needs matrix and included new flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, vanities, appliances, hot water heaters, and HVAC systems. Several units were modified to comply with UFAS and VHI standards. The project was completed in phases over a seven-month period.
