Strategic Scheduling
From day one, we implemented an aggressive schedule that avoided a purely linear build. This sequencing maximized on-site productivity and ensured critical path milestones stayed on track.
Parallel Subcontracting
We engaged two concrete and two electrical subcontractors simultaneously, bringing the Training Building out of ground while other structures progressed—accelerating foundation work and system rough-ins.
Five Months Early Turnover
Thanks to our proactive planning and high-performing teams, we completed and handed over the fully operational center to the government five months ahead of the adjusted contract duration.
“The USACE Resident Engineer office worked closely with Harkins Builders, resulting in a successful project and would welcome the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
