James Run Apartments

James Run is a new multifamily community in Bel Air, MD, featuring 304 market-rate apartments across seven center corridor buildings. Offering a mix of 112 one-bedroom, 148 two-bedroom, and 44 three-bedroom units, the community is designed to provide spacious, modern living in a suburban setting.

The buildings are constructed on slab-on-grade foundations with poured-in-place concrete footings. One-way sloped wood trusses support TPO roofing systems, while the façades incorporate face brick, vinyl siding, Hardie panel lap siding, and fiber cement panels for a modern, durable finish.
