Kindlewood Phase I

Kindlewood Phase I marked the first of a multi-phase development, delivering 106 affordable housing units in Charlottesville, VA. Buildings one and two feature 35 stacked townhome-style residences, while building three combines a one-level structured parking garage with four stories of wood-framed, center corridor apartments. The exterior design blends brick veneer with cementitious panel and lap siding, complemented by a variety of casement and double-hung windows to create a modern, durable façade.

Residents benefit from extensive indoor and outdoor amenities, including a large multipurpose room, library, conference room, in-house management suite, storage spaces, and two fitness rooms. Outdoor features include a covered pavilion, green roof, artificial turf area, and community gathering spaces.
