Loyola Clinical Center
Located in North Baltimore, the Loyola Clinical Center provides essential healthcare services to individuals of all ages while offering Loyola University graduate students in literacy, psychology, and speech-language pathology the opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience. Supervised by licensed faculty, students complete their clinical requirements at the center, where they develop the skills necessary to make a meaningful impact on their patients’ lives and well-being.
The project involved a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the existing two-level clinical space. The scope of work included structural and aesthetic upgrades, such as wall reconfigurations, new restrooms, updated flooring, and terrazzo floor repairs, along with new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additionally, the project incorporated privacy features, new millwork, and enhanced accessibility, creating a modern, functional environment that supports both students and patients in a state-of-the-art healthcare setting.
