Montgomery Park III

Montgomery Park III is the third phase of an affordable and senior living community in Norristown, Pennsylvania, following Harkins’ work on phase two.

Located on Powell Street in the Black Horse neighborhood, this new 38,175 sf residential building is comprised of 40 one-bedroom affordable apartments. The wood frame structure is four stories, which is the same as the senior living community next door from phase two.
