Precast Precision

The facility’s structural system is composed of precast concrete, with a façade featuring precast panels enhanced by inlaid brick and colored accent reveals. Designed and constructed in accordance with the Base Exterior Architecture Plan (BEAP), these elements ensure architectural cohesion while delivering long-term durability and low maintenance.

LEED Silver Certified

P-975 achieved LEED Silver certification with 58 points, reflecting a strong commitment to environmental stewardship. Key sustainable features include LED lighting designed to minimize light pollution, stormwater management through nine bioretention ponds, and water-saving plumbing fixtures reducing consumption by 35%. Low-emitting materials were specified throughout to enhance indoor air quality.

BIM-Powered Precision

From day one, Harkins prioritized precision coordination through a fully integrated 3D BIM model across all trades. This proactive approach ensured accurate alignment of precast systems, foundation elements, and building utilities, resolving potential conflicts before they reached the field. The result was a streamlined construction process that delivered a high-quality facility, meeting the functional demands of modern military living.
