Rosewick Apartments is a newly completed market rate apartment community featuring two four-story wood-framed buildings, delivering a total of 193 thoughtfully designed units, with 81 one-bedrooms, 82 two-bedrooms, and 30 three-bedrooms.

One of the buildings houses 13,365 sf of community-focused amenities, including a leasing center, management and maintenance offices, a two-story clubhouse, a fitness center, conference rooms, and a dedicated children’s playroom.
