The Hammond at Greenmount Park
The Hammond at Greenmount Park is a modern, mixed-use affordable apartment community located in the Johnston Square neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. This community features a four-story slab-on-grade building with 109 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The project was part of the Johnston Square Vision Plan, a redevelopment initiative aimed at revitalizing the neighborhood.
The first floor offers a variety of amenities for residents, such as a community meeting space, a fitness center, bicycle storage, and a rooftop garden. Additionally, the ground floor houses the 9,407 sf Enoch Pratt Public Library. The location is within walking distance of Penn Station, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, University of Baltimore, and Mercy Hospital.
