The Mezzanine at Freedom

The Mezzanine at Freedom provided 185 new affordable housing units in a community-oriented neighborhood with convenient access to schools, healthcare, and public transportation. Designed to support modern living, the development features four breezeway-style wood frame buildings, along with a dedicated leasing and community center. Each apartment offers spacious, open-concept floor plans and upgraded interiors, including luxury vinyl plank and carpet flooring, kitchen islands with seating, faux stainless-steel appliances, European-style cabinetry, and private patios or balconies.

Residents also enjoy a range of community amenities centered around comfort and connection. The on-site clubhouse includes a professional fitness and weight-training studio, a clubroom with a billiards table, a business center with conference space, and a cybercafé with Wi-Fi. Outdoor amenities feature an inviting pergola with lounge seating, providing a welcoming space for relaxation and community gatherings.
