The Terraces at Arlington View
The Terraces at Arlington View is an affordable housing development located in the rapidly growing Columbia Pike corridor of Arlington, VA. This project replaced the largest of seven existing buildings in the apartment community, resulting in a new 77-unit building that more than doubles the previous unit count.
Designed for families earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), the community includes 15 three-bedroom apartments, eight fully ADA-accessible homes, and eight units dedicated to Arlington County’s Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. Amenities include a community room, fitness room, courtyard, leasing office, and parking garage. The apartments are equipped with attractive plank flooring, large windows, new appliances, and free Wi-Fi for residents.
