The building consists of 99,960 sf that features 52 independent senior living units. The building was designed to aesthetically fit within the campus and tie into an existing historic building. The units boast an average size of 1,432 sf, giving residents ample living space.
The sitework and foundation for the building were part of an early start agreement and was completed in November of 2022.
