Weinberg Place
Located in Baltimore, MD, Weinberg Place is a 12-story façade, and major upgrades to plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. Safety improvements included modern fire alarm systems, refuge systems, and elevator modernization.
Interior layouts were redesigned to meet accessibility standards and current codes, including converting select units into two-bedroom apartments to better serve future residents. Common areas were fully upgraded with new finishes, furniture, and amenities like meeting and billiards rooms.

The building’s common areas were repurposed and designed to be used by residents and the surrounding community, offering a sense of purpose and opportunity for the neighboring area. The team remained dedicated to completing the project two months ahead of the original schedule.

With added R-33 insulation, Energy Star appliances, and enhanced air sealing, the project meets Multifamily Energy Efficiency and Housing Affordability standards — ensuring a more comfortable, sustainable living environment for residents.
