Woodbury Park at Courthouse Apartments
Originally built in the 1940s, the Woodbury Park at Courthouse complex includes 204 affordable and 160 market rate units, serving a total of 364 families across seven garden-style buildings. A comprehensive renovation preserved the property’s historic character while modernizing its infrastructure. Exterior work included restoring red and blonde brick masonry, installing new asphalt shingles and standing seam metal roofing, adding porticoes at building entrances, upgrading windows, and improving the site and landscaping.
Interior renovations involved the full demolition and rebuild of each unit with light gauge metal framing, drywall, upgraded building systems, new finishes, flooring, and kitchen appliances. An underutilized space was transformed into a new leasing office and community center, which now features an exercise room, large TV, game table, and gathering area for residents.
