Celebrating 25 Years in the Northeast

2024 marks the 25th anniversary of the Harkins Northeast regional office!  
 
Our employee-owners, alumni, and business partners came together for a memorable night at The Great American Pub in Conshohocken, PA to mark this occasion. The evening was filled with networking, sharing milestones, and recognizing the incredible journey of our Northeast office over the past 25 years. Guests enjoyed delicious food and drinks, shared stories from past projects, and celebrated the relationships that have shaped our success.

While our first PA project was in 1979, we didn’t officially open an office in the NE region until 20 years later. After having completed several projects in the area, our first official office and consistent presence was established in 1999. Originally in Media, PA, this office was set up to serve Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. It became a hub for our employees, clients, consultants, and trade partners throughout those states, expanding our reach beyond the DMV. Our team has successfully built 77 projects, consisting of 7.5K building units and 9.8M square feet, totaling $883M volume since then.
 
We’re excited to build on the success of the past 25 years, with new projects on the horizon and opportunities to strengthen relationships, support our clients, and make a lasting impact in the Northeast region for years to come.
