Harkins Celebrates the Grand Opening of Witter Place

On Wednesday, September 23rd, Harkins joined Community Housing Partners, Moseley, and other project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Witter Place in Alexandria, VA!
The new affordable housing community brings 94 two- and three-bedroom residences to the area, along with thoughtfully designed spaces that support residents’ daily needs and well-being. Amenities include a community room and business office, fitness center, resident telehealth room, outdoor courtyard, public art murals, underground parking, and indoor bicycle storage. Designed with comfort and sustainability in mind, Witter Place incorporates high-quality finishes and green building practices throughout the community.
