Harkins Celebrates Grand Opening of Glenarden Phase III

On September 11th, Harkins joined Pennrose, Moseley Architects, and other project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Glenarden Phase III, with a ribbon cutting ceremony!
We are proud to officially add 158 townhome units across 14 buildings to the Glenarden community. These townhomes offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, with added amenities such as a swimming pool and sports court. Following the successful completion of Phases I and II, Harkins was excited to contribute to this third phase, which provides high-quality, affordable housing for residents of Prince George’s County.
