Harkins Celebrates Grand Opening of Rosewick Apartments

On Tuesday, April 29th, Harkins joined Thomas Builders, Ci Design, and other project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Rosewick Apartments with a ribbon cutting ceremony in La Plata, MD.
We are proud to officially add 193 apartments and 13,365 sf of community space, which includes a leasing center, management and maintenance offices, a two-story clubhouse, a fitness center, conference rooms, and a children’s playroom. Residents also have access to outdoor amenities, including a courtyard, a swimming pool, outdoor grill, seating areas, and a dog park.
