Harkins Celebrates Grand Opening of Waypoint Apartments

On September 29th, Harkins joined project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Waypoint Apartments in Alexandria, VA!
We are excited to bring this 81-unit affordable apartment community to the City of Alexandria. The project’s amenities include a community center, on-site laundry facilities, and a landscaped courtyard. In addition, a below-grade parking structure will be available for residents. Congratulations to client Wesley Housing Development, architect Heffner Architects, PC, and all other project partners on bringing this project to life.
