Harkins Celebrates Groundbreaking of Braddock Senior

On November 18^th, the Harkins team attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Braddock Senior in Fairfax, VA.

When complete, Braddock Senior will consist of an 80-unit senior living community across a four-story building. The project will include indoor amenities such as a business center, community room, multipurpose room, fitness room, and a wellness room. Harkins looks forward to working with client APAH, architect Grimm + Parker Architects, and other project partners on this new and exciting development in Fairfax County.
