Harkins Celebrates Groundbreaking of Little Lehigh Phase I
Allentown, PA
On November 10th, the Harkins team attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Little Lehigh Phase I project in Allentown, PA.
This is the first phase of a two-phase project to reconstruct former public housing into a new mixed-income community for 50 households. The project will consist of five new buildings with one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, as well as a community building with a multitude of resident amenities. Harkins looks forward to working with long-term project partners, including client Pennrose and architect WRT on this new and exciting redevelopment.
