Harkins Celebrates the Grand Opening of Bridgeside Estates

On December 19th, Harkins joined Allentown Housing Authority, Pennrose, WRT, T&M Associates, and other project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Bridgeside Estates (formerly Little Lehigh I) with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Allentown, PA.
We are happy to officially add 70,603 sf of affordable homes and community amenities to the outskirts of downtown Allentown. This is the first of a two-phase housing redevelopment, with this first phase providing 50 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments available for local families at 20% to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
