Harkins Celebrates the Grand Opening of Kennett Square

On Tuesday, October 29th, Harkins joined Berger Communities, Berger Development, MV+A Architects, and other project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Kennett Square Apartments with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Kennett Square, PA.
We are excited to officially add this new 246,778 sf luxury apartment community to Chester County, only an hour outside of Philadelphia. A total of 166 units are spread across two, four-story buildings. To accommodate for the urban setting, a 138-space, below grade, parking garage is accessible on three sides of the property, in addition to 54 on-grade parking spaces and a community green space across the street.
