Harkins Celebrates the Grand Opening of Morris H. Blum Senior Apartments

On Friday, April 3rd, Harkins joined The Community Builders, Quinn Evans, and other project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Morris H. Blum Senior Apartments with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Annapolis, MD.
Originally built in 1978, Morris H. Blum Senior Apartments was the renovation of an eight-story, 154-unit affordable senior housing community just minutes from downtown Annapolis. The revitalization includes both interior and exterior upgrades, from reconfigured unit layouts and modernized kitchens and baths to updated flooring, lighting, and HVAC systems. Improvements also include enhanced accessibility features, new elevators, building envelope restoration, site work, and more.
