Harkins Celebrates the Grand Opening of Patuxent Commons

On Wednesday, November 5th, Harkins joined Mission First Housing Group, Moseley, and other project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Patuxent Commons with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Columbia, MD.
Patuxent Commons is a new three-story, 76-unit affordable housing community. Howard County’s first intentionally mixed-income and mixed-ability development, it is designed to support a range of abilities, families, and age groups. The community offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with multiple amenities and underground parking with 122 spaces for residents.
