Harkins Celebrates the Grand Opening of Slippery Hill

On Thursday, November 21st, Harkins joined Green Street Housing, TM Associates, Architecture by Design, and other project partners to celebrate the grand opening of The Village at Slippery Hill II and Slippery Hill Senior with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Queenstown, MD.
We are excited to officially add 162,139 sf of affordable living space in Queen Anne’s County. Phase II included 116,969 sf of one-, two-, and three-bedroom townhomes, along with commercial and retail space. Phase III was the development of a four-story senior living building with 54 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
