Harkins Celebrates the Grand Opening of Uplands II

On December 19th, Harkins joined Pennrose, WRT, and other project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Uplands Rental Phase II with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Baltimore, MD.
We are happy to officially add 170,672 sf of affordable homes in Edmondson Village. Uplands Rental Phase II is the second phase of a multi-phased master planned community redevelopment. This phase adds 150 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments available for local families at 30% to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Site amenities include two playgrounds and on-site parking.
