On Friday, September 19th, Harkins joined Human Good, CBP Architects, and other project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Ardmore House II in Ardmore, PA!
This four-story, 47,982 sf affordable housing community will offer 48 one-bedroom units and is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. Building features include high-performance insulation, durable windows, and weather barriers for sustainability. Interior finishes, systems, and amenities are all designed to deliver long-term quality, comfort, and accessibility for future residents.
