Harkins Celebrates the Groundbreaking of Belcrest at Biltmore Park

On Thursday, May 14th, Harkins joined Kettler, Axiom Architecture, and other project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Belcrest at Biltmore Park in Asheville, NC!

This 357-unit market-rate community will feature five residential buildings and a 16,000-sf clubhouse with resident amenities including a fitness center, co-working spaces, lounge areas, pet spa, cafe, and more. Outdoor amenities will include a pool courtyard, grilling areas, fire pit seating, a dog park, pickleball court, playground, and landscaped gathering spaces.
