Harkins Celebrates the Groundbreaking of Blue Bell Senior Residences

On Friday, July 10th, Harkins joined Federation Housing, Thriven Design, and other project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Blue Bell Senior Residences in Blue Bell, PA!
Situated on a 3.61-acre site, the project is a new independent living community that will expand access to quality, affordable housing for seniors. It includes demolition of an existing building, comprehensive site preparation, and construction of a new two-story, 52,596 sf building featuring 56 residences. The community will offer more than 16,000 sf of amenity space, including gathering areas, lounges, and administrative offices, designed to support an active and welcoming living environment.
