On Thursday, June 11th, Harkins joined Pennrose Properties, WRT, and other project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of CNV Downtown in Newport News, VA!

Designed with sustainability in mind, the four-story, 73-unit development will feature a variety of resident amenities, including a fitness room, gathering spaces, conference rooms, future retail space, a rooftop terrace, and an outdoor courtyard.
