Harkins Celebrates the Groundbreaking of Ellison Lake Julian

On Thursday, December 4th, Harkins joined Flournoy Development, Dynamik Design, and other project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Ellison Lake Julian in Asheville, NC!
This 279-unit market-rate community will offer five residential buildings and multiple parking garages. Outdoor amenities will include a central courtyard area featuring a pool, a garden area with grilling stations and lounging, a kayak storage area with a fire pit and lounging space, and a dog park near the community entrance. Indoor amenities will feature a club room, social kitchen, co-working and study spaces, a leasing lobby, mail and package rooms, and a fitness center.
