Harkins Celebrates the Groundbreaking of Goodwill of Greater Washington

On Saturday, May 30th, Harkins joined Goodwill of Greater Washington, AHC, MTFA Architects, and other project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Goodwill of Greater Washington in Arlington, VA!
Goodwill of Greater Washington is a new mixed-use development that will replace the existing Goodwill retail store with a new one, along with 128 affordable homes, a childcare center, and resident amenities. The project will feature five stories of apartments over a four-level podium structure with below-grade parking and commercial space, expanding access to affordable housing and strengthening community resources.
