Harkins Celebrates the Groundbreaking of Greens at Irvington Mews II and Park Heights Place

On Thursday, November 7th, Harkins joined Enterprise Community Development, Quinn Evans, and other project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Greens at Irvington Mews II and the kickoff of Park Heights Place, both in Baltimore, MD!
Greens at Irvington Mews II will be a 59-unit affordable apartment community, located next to our Greens at Irvington Mews project from 2012. The building will consist of four stories with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, 16 of which will be UFAS compliant for people with disabilities. Amenities include a community gathering space, a fitness center, a computer center/classroom, and a rooftop lounge area. Additionally, the community will feature an outdoor plaza and grill area, as well as pedestrian access to the first Irvington Mews building.
Park Heights Place is the renovation of an 84-unit senior living community, located 20 minutes north of Irvington Mews. The interior scope of work includes new flooring, painting, appliances, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, mechanical equipment, light fixtures, and selective doors. The exterior scope of work includes a new roof, minor restoration, new windows, and selective EIFS work.
