Harkins Celebrates the Groundbreaking of Pearl Apartment Homes

On Tuesday, September 30th, Harkins joined Bel Canto Asset Growth Fund, FK Architecture, and other project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Pearl Apartment Homes in Moorestown, NJ!
Pearl Apartment Homes will be a new market rate multifamily apartment community across the state line from Philadelphia, right next to Moorestown Mall. It will feature a slab-on-grade, four-story wood frame building with 375 units, consisting of one-, two-, or three-bedrooms. Amenities will include four courtyards, each with a pool, trellis, grill, and sports courts.
