Harkins Celebrates the Groundbreaking of Ranleagh Court & Waverly Winds

On Wednesday, July 16th, Harkins joined Enterprise Community Development, Moseley Architects, and other partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of both Ranleagh Court Apartments and Waverly Winds in Columbia, MD!
Located right next to one another, these two projects will provide new affordable multifamily communities down the street from our headquarters.
Ranleagh Court Apartments will feature a four-story wood frame building over a slab-on-grade buried garage. Once completed, it will offer a total of 82 units. Interior amenities will include a 4,015-sf community space with a leasing center, management offices, a community room, fitness center, homework room, and mail rooms. Additionally, business centers will be located on the second and third floors. Exterior amenities will feature a children’s playground, an outdoor seating area, and surface parking.
Waverly Winds will feature two four-story wood frame buildings, replacing existing townhomes with 123 apartments that range from one to four bedrooms. One of the buildings will include a fitness room, community room, and homework room. Numerous sidewalks and parking spaces will be provided to the residents along with a new playground and a small patio area.
